Permanent delivery of project “110/20 kV line and substation “in Kal-e-Now, Afghanistan

 

Construction of Kal-e-Now 110/20 kV electricity line and substation project in Afghanistan, as EPC project, including construction of new 110 kV single-circuit in 52 km length, from Robat Kashan, Turkmenistan to Kal-e-Now, Afghanistan, as well as construction of new 110/20 KV substation with one feeder The input line and an output transformer feeder with a transformer with specifications of 110/20 KV-16 / 22.5 MVA and also construction of MV & LV distribution network in Kal-e-Now city located in Badgheis province of Afghanistan.

During the implementation of this project, despite the current operational problems and risks in the region, which repeatedly resulted in disruption of project operations and the imposition of financial costs, all different parts of the project on 27/07/2018, in the presence of the President The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mr. Ashraf Ghani, the project was inaugurated and put into operation.

In addition, SUNIR Company, despite all the current risks and problems in the region and in the pandemic conditions of the outbreak of Covid 19, with its continuous presence on the site to fix problems, for proper operation and training of operating staff during the 18-month warranty period And finally, at the end of last year, it succeeded in the permanent and definitive delivery of the project.
